In Studio Lessons you will receive a PDf of the B2P method for free via email which must be printed before coming here. Only 1 person will be allowed to enter the studio, those who accompany must wait outside. Please insure that when coming to the lesson, there are no symptons of cough, runny nose, fever, flu. If you are sick you can cancel with email or text message before the lesson and it will not be charged but will move the end of the package 1 week. In case of eventual lockdowns lessons will move online.

For Sype lessons all you need is a computer with webcam and microphone incorporated and a free Skype account the first method will be emailed free of charge after confirmed subscription,

Guitar Lessons Toronto is an in home studio and online guitar lesson platform located at www.guitarlessonstorontocanada.com . All lessons are held in studio or online via Skype and a link will be provided after the user has registered.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully as they contain rights and obligations of student and teacher.

Key Terms

“User” “you” or “your” means a person, organization or entity using the Services, including Parents and Teacher.

“Parent(s)” means a parent or legal guardian who completes Guitar lessons Toronto’s account registration process to purchase Classes on the Site for the purpose of enrolling their child.

“Student” a person who has been registered for weekly lessons.

“Teacher” the person providing the lesson.

Access and Use of the Service Services

Description: Weekly in studio or online guitar lessons via Skype, all lessons are purchased in discounted packages of 4 or 12 lessons and may have the duration of 30 minutes or 1 hour.

Your Registration Obligations:

You will be required to register via the form online found under the class page “Absolute Beginner” 30 minute packages or “Beginner to Pro” 1 hour packages. If you choose to register for the Service, you agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service’s registration form. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract to register for the Service . If you are not yet of legal age to form a binding contract, then you must get your Parent to read these Terms of Service and agree to them for you before you use the Service. If you are a Parent and you provide your consent to your child's use of the Service, then you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service with respect to your child’s use of the Service.

Lessons:

As stated before lessons are weekly and have a duration of 30 minutes or 1 hour. Lessons are purchased in packages of 4 or 12. All packages are discounted prices; the prices of the discounted packages can be found on the registration page. Price increases will be notified a week before the final lesson of the package. Once the student has chosen their time slot, they must respect the day and time chosen during registration, this applies also to the teacher. If a student wishes to do a trial lesson before deciding to register the full price of the lesson will be charged and can later be used as a deposit for the package they wish to purchase, in the case of a trial lesson the registration form must still be filled out. The full price of a single lesson is $45 for a 30-minute lesson and $65 for 1 hour. During a holiday there will be no classes, but we will simply pass over to the next week unless a student and teacher agree to do the lesson on that specific holiday.

Lesson Cancellation

A 24-hour notice is required to cancel the booked class. The class will not be charged but will simply prolong the period you have paid for. Example: if you paid 12 lessons (12 weeks) there will be an extra week at the end of the period you paid for. In case of an emergency the 24 hour notice will be overridden at the discretion of the teacher. Emergencies can be sickness, accident, power outage, internet outage, urgent family matter. After 3 consecutive classes missed without notice, the package may be canceled once again at the discretion of the teacher.

Payment Terms

Each person agrees to pay the amount of the lessons before the start of the first lesson via PayPal or Interact Money Transfer. Packages are sold in 4 or 12 lesson and may have the duration of 30 minutes or 1 hour depending on the package you choose. Packages are discounted prices from the actual cost of a single lesson and in booking a 4 or 12 lesson package you agree to occupy the day and time you have chosen for the full period of the package, thus any cancellation of the package once started is not refundable as you will be occupying 4 or 12 time slots for the duration of the package.

All personal information collected is solely for the use of contact between the student and the teacher, in no way will it be shared with any other 3rd party.

Referral Program

Refer another student and both of you will receive an extra lesson once the new student has purchased the 1st package. This is an ongoing promotion so refer as many as you like.

******** Refer a friend and both will receive an extra lesson- If you refer a person that signs up for the course you and that person will receive an extra lesson on your currant package- unlimited to the number of students you present.

Gift Certificates

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING GIFT CERTIFICATES

As of January 2016 there are no more gift certificates available!

Any gift certificate purchased must be used within 12 months of the purchase date, if you have purchased a gift certificate and have not used it in the 12 month time new price calculations will be considered for the amount you have paid ($60 .00 per hour) , To cancel a purchase you must send an email before 30 days after the purchase, afterwards no refunds will be issued and the certificate will remain valid at that price for 1 year. A gift certificate is a package deal, if a lesson is booked using the certificate then the package will be considered started on the date booked and must be used within the next 4 weeks unless there is a cancellation of a booking within 24 hour notice via email, in this case the next lesson will be moved to the next week of the cancelled date. If no notice is given then the lesson will be automatically charged at $60 which is the effective cost of 1 lesson , the package is considered started and must be used in the following 2 weeks with the difference to be paid for the missed lesson or you can use the remaining amount for lessons , for example a package of 4 lessons purchased at $120 that's $30 per lesson will see deducted $60 leaving $60 of gift certificate purchase to be used within the next 2 weeks , you then must use the remaining $60( in the following 2 weeks as the package is considered started). In this case you will be asked to confirm the same day and hour for the following week or to choose another time slot that must be confirmed by you via email, here you will have to give at least 3 different days and time slots , failure to do so will see the next lesson considered booked at the same day and time and if no cancellation and you do not show or advise then the charge of $60 full price will be considered even for that lesson and the certificate will be considered used. To avoid any future misunderstandings do not book the 1st lesson until you are absolutely sure to participate, booking a lesson leaves that day and hour reserved for you and no one else , not showing up and not advising causes damages to both you and me as I am not able to fill that spot you booked with someone else. If you cannot come to the booked lesson and cancel just before the lesson, then the lesson will be charged only the price you paid for it and deducted from the certificate but you still must confirm via email the next lesson or a change in hour and day giving 3 choices of you availability for the next week, even here if you fail to do so then the full price of the remaining certificate will be charged and the certificate will be considered used, If you give 24 hours notice via email then no charge will apply but you still must confirm the next lesson or give 3 alternative date and times for the following week failure to to so will see both the cancelled lesson and the following lesson charged $60 each.
